Directions to the Koriana Mind and Body Centre, Kefalonia:
The Koriana Mind and Body Centre is situated on the beautiful Greek island of Kefalonia.
From Argostoli go south towards the Passada ferry boat road. Once you enter the Livathos area look for the village of Spartia. Follow this road until you come to Koriana, take first on the right then go to the church, turn right going down the hill to the house. The Centre is 70 metres from the road.
The Koriana Mind and Body Centre is located in the grounds of Tony Sargeant's home and is surrounded by open hillside with spectacular views of Kefalonia. The Centre also has outside meditation areas which are ideally suited for focused, uninterrupted relaxation.
Direct flights are available from most UK airports from May to October and can be found on the Internet. Last minute deals can also be found.
